My son usually does not talk in front of the children. He’s very shy. Grateful for Miss MJ (an educator) idea for my son’s show and tell. My son has been attending Evergreen since 2024. The staff have assisted my son who has special needs with learning to interact with others and join into small group activities. They assist with extra support within the room and really put effort into learning what my child’s needs are and how they can support him from his sensory needs to being over stimulated and how to ensure he is supported during these moments. They give great feedback at the end of the day and have open communication with us throughout the day if needed. The educators are cautious and kids are well cared for. They log in routines so well and give very good descriptions of what the kids did during the day. My daughter has learned a lot and she gets excited about attending. Their food is great and I know this because my daughter is a picky eater and generally likes high quality homemade food and she barely comes home hungry meaning she eats well there.
